Abstract
Synthesis and characterization of pyrimidine bearing 1,2,4-triazole derivatives and their potential antibacterial action
Author(s): Andrews B.* and Mansur AhmedA series of pyrimidine bearing 1,2,4-triazole derivatives have been synthesized and evaluated for antibacterial activity. All the structures of the newly synthesized compounds have been supported by IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, GCMS and CHN analysis. Most of the compounds have shown promising antibacterial activity when compared with the standard drug ciprofloxacin
