A micro-wave assisted synthesis of benzimidazole derivatives using solid support

ArulSynthesis of Various benzimidazole derivatives under micro-wave irradiation from simple and substituted ortho phenylenediamines (OPDA) and isonicotinic acid using SiO2/H2SO4 as catalyst is described .The structure of the synthesized compounds have been established on the basis of spectral and analytical data.
