Antitubercular, antibacterial and antifungal activity of some pyridoquinazolones derivatives

To purpose this goal our research affords are directed to find new chemical classes of anti-tubercular active agents with different mode of action’s. series of quinazoline IIIrd have been synthesized involving three synthetic steps and bioevaluated for their possible anti tubercular activity against H37 RV strain using Lowenstein Jenison medium and antimicrobial activity against E coli,staphylococcus Aures, Klebsidlla pneamoniar and also evaluated antifungal activity against Aspergillus Flavus,Aspergillus niger, and Trichoderma Viridae.
