Development and validation of HPLC method for simultaneous determination of omeprazole and domperidone

Rami ReddyA simple selective high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method was developed and validation for the analysis of omprazole magnesium trihydrate (ES) in tablets. ES was subjected to neutral, acid and alkali hydrolysis as well as oxidation, dry heat treatment and photodegration. Being simple, accurate and selective, the method can be used for routine quality analysis.
