Development and Validation of RP-HPLC Method for Simultaneous Estimation of Aspirin and Omeprazole in Bulk and Tablet Dosage Form
Author(s): Jyothi*Aim: The main aim of the present study is to develop an accurate, precise, sensitive, selective, reproducible, and rapid analytical technique for the simultaneous estimation of aspirin and omeprazole in bulk and tablet dosage form.
Objectives: The following are the objectives of the present work:
- To develop a new RP-HPLC method for the simultaneous estimation of “aspirin and omeprazole” and validate the method according to ICH guidelines.
- To apply the validated method for the simultaneous estimation of aspirin and omeprazole in tablet dosage form.
Plan of Work: This was carried out in two steps
- RP-HPLC method development
- Method validation.
