Abstract
First total synthesis and biological screening of c yclic tetrapeptides from onychocola sclerotica

Structureof synthesized compounds were confirmed by detailed spectral analysis including FTIR, 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR, MSand elemental analysis. The spectral data sh owed that the synthesized compounds areidentical to the naturally occurring compound.The results of screeni ngindicated that synthesized compounds possessvery good antimicrobial activity against Gram positive bacter ia, moderate antifungal activity against pathogenic fungi and poor cytotoxic activity.
