Abstract
S ynthesis of 1-alkyl succinimidoanthracenyl-4-((naph thalene-1-yloxy)methyl)- 1H-1,2,3-triazoles
Author(s): J. RamchanderRegioselective synthesis of a series of 1,4-disubst ituted of 1-alkyl succinimidoanthracenyl-4-((naphthalene-1- yloxy)methyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazoles employing click reaction is presented. Highly selec tive and efficient copper(I)- catalysed 1,3-dipolar cyclo addition between 1-naph thylpropargylic ether and azido alkyl succinimidoanthracenyl yielded the title compounds in 74% to 94%. The stru cture of all the new 1,2,3-triazoles was characteri zed by 1HNMR,13C NMR, IR and Mass.
