Author(s): Shivajirao N Thore, Sandeep D Pardeshi, Jayant P Sonar, Shrikant A Dokhe, Ashok M ZineIn the present work 4-aryl-6-(4-(pyrrolidin-1-yl)phenyl)pyrimidin-2-amine were synthesized by reacting chalcones with guanidine hydrochloride. The synthesized compounds were tested for antibacterial and antifungal activity.
