Abstract
Synthesis and Characterization of Ibuprofen Impurities-A, F, Q and R

Ramakrishna ReddySynthesis of four impurities-Ibuprofen A, F, Q and R were synthesized by unexposed route which can be used as pharmaceutical secondary standards for application in quality control provide pharma laboratories and manufacturers with a convenient and costeffective alternative to the preparation of in-house working standards. The impurities were monitored by HPLC, and their structures are accurately assigned on the basis of fragmentation patterns in LC−MS and NMR spectroscopy.
