Abstract
Synthesis, characterization and antimicrobial evalu ation of tetrahydrothiazolo[5,4-c]pyridine derivatives
Author(s): Dharmesh Pansuriya, Kalpesh Menpara, Naresh Kachhad iya, Jignesh Menpara and Kartik Ladva*A series of 5-((aryl/heteroaryl)sulfonyl)-2-(1H-pyr rol-1-yl)-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrothiazolo[5,4-c]pyridine have been synthesized. The structures of all synthesized comp ounds have been confirmed by elemental analyses and 1 H NMR, Mass and IR spectral studies. All the synthesized c ompounds were screened for their in-vitro antimicro bial activity.
