Synthesis, characterization, biological evaluation and docking studies of pyrimidine-imidazole mannich base derivatives as transaminase bioainhibitors

The synthesis, as well as spectroscopic characteriz ation, biological evaluation and docking studies of a novel class of N'-((1-(piperidin/morpholin/ thiomorpholin/ meth ylpiperazine)-1H-imidazol-4-yl) methylene)-3-(4-sub stituted phenyl-[1,2,4] triazolo [4,3-c] pyrimidine-8-carboh ydrazide derivatives are described. All the synthes ized compounds were characterized byelemental analysis F TIR, 1 H-NMR, 13 C NMR, and Mass spectral data. All the synthesized compounds were exhibits antimicrobial a ctivities. Further the docking studies were carried out based on mycobacterial studies for the model compounds again st Transaminase BioA enzyme and the results found a re moderate.
