Synthesis of 5-(3-aryl-1-phenyl- 1H -pyrazol-4-y1)- 1H -tetrazole by using AgNo 3 catalyst

An efficient and convenient method has been develop ed for the synthesis of 5- (3-Aryl-1-Phenyl-1H – Py razol-4-y1)- 1H-tetrazoles form the (3+2) cycloadition of 3-Aryl -1Phenyl-1H – pyrazole -4- carbonitrile with sodium azide using AgNo 3 as a catalyst. The corresponding 5-(3-Aryl-1–pheny l-1H-pyrazol-4-y1)-1H –tetrazoles were formed in go od yields.
