Abstract
Study of the electrical resistivity of vegetable and essential oils

Our results demonstrated that the resistivity decreases when th e temperature increases (20 - 140 °C). This inverse correlation can be attributed to the effect of thermal agitatio n on vegetable and essential oil composition, leadi ng to the disorientation of their molecules.
